Mr. Kirschen is a serial entrepreneur and was born in Germany. In 1995 he immigrated to the United States and currently resides in Miami Florida, where he has launched multiple successful entities. Mr. Kirschen has a new vision for Healthcare and wants to incorporate HealthTech in his latest start-up V12 Health®. By analyzing the current supply chain and the latest break-down during COVID-19 he has made this his goal to change the way we are doing business in Healthcare. Mr. Kirschen jumped into action and has already established manufacturing in Turkey and the United States. With headquarters in Miami and offices in Frankfurt, Istanbul, and Shenzhen, the rapidly growing company is looking to expand into Latin America in the Second Quarter of 2021.
Kenneth J. Kelliher, EVP Business Development
Kelliher is a high-energy Healthcare Executive with over twenty five years implementing state of the art technologies and integrated services which enable healthcare providers to both streamline operations, increase revenue and control cost to increase their bottom line. After receiving his Bachelors of Science degree from Long Island University, C. W. Post Campus in 1992 Kelliher held various positions in healthcare. From 1992 Kelliher worked at New York Presbyterian Medical Center in various roles and was working under the direction of a turnaround company called Interlake’s, LLC, working directly for the Managing Director. Duties and significant accomplishments included achieved savings of $38 million in 18 months.

Josh was born and raised in London, England and moved to the U.S at the age of 10. He is fortunate enough to have dual nationality. He graduated from the University of Central Florida with a major in Business Management. He has a tenacious work ethic and have held numerous internships in the field of operations and sales in the healthcare industry. As a business professional both in and out of the classroom, Josh has acquired a vast amount of knowledge including but not limited to problem solving, time management and teamwork.
Brittany Fredrick, Executive Assistant
Brittany comes from a large background of assisting High level executives for more than 12 years of experience. She has a Bachelors in Science, and a Masters in Business Management both from Florida International University. Over the years Brittany has helped high level executives not only get organized with their responsibilities but as well as been a big part of the face of the companies she’s worked for in many projects. Her quality of customer service is impeccable and attention to detail when it comes to her work. Working with a large team and being able to wear different hats in her role along the years has gotten her to where she is now.
Volen R. Tsolov, Compliance Manager
Volen has over eight years of experience working in law and business, with a focus on consulting various entities and individuals on how to improve their overall business model by formalizing and streamlining applicable compliance obligations as well as operational policies and procedures. After moving to the US from Bulgaria in his youth, Volen graduated cum laude with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Political Science and International Affairs from the Florida State University, and subsequently obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from the Florida International University College of Law in 2015. Although not licensed to practice law, Volen has served in an executive support capacity for several Miami based law firms and entrepreneurs, working closely with both corporate, start-up, and high net worth clients to resolve various legal compliance and operational challenges and ultimately accomplish their strategic goals.
