Tarek Kirschen, CEO & FOUNDER 

Mr. Kirschen is a serial entrepreneur and was born in Germany. In 1995 he immigrated to the United States and currently resides in Miami Florida, where he has launched multiple successful entities. Mr. Kirschen has a new vision for Healthcare and wants to incorporate HealthTech in his latest start-up V12 Health®. By analyzing the current supply chain and the latest break-down during COVID-19 he has made this his goal to change the way we are doing business in Healthcare. Mr. Kirschen jumped into action and has already established manufacturing in Turkey and the United States. With headquarters in Miami and offices in Frankfurt, Istanbul, and Shenzhen, the rapidly growing company is looking to expand into Latin America in the Second Quarter of 2021.

 

Kenneth J. Kelliher, EVP Business Development

Kelliher is a high-energy Healthcare Executive with over twenty five years implementing state of the art technologies and integrated services which enable healthcare providers to both streamline operations, increase revenue and control cost to increase their bottom line. After receiving his Bachelors of Science degree from Long Island University, C. W. Post Campus in 1992 Kelliher held various positions in healthcare. From 1992 Kelliher worked at New York Presbyterian Medical Center in various roles and was working under the direction of a turnaround company called Interlake’s, LLC, working directly for the Managing Director. Duties and significant accomplishments included achieved savings of $38 million in 18 months.

 

Michael Ferris, EVP Supply Chain

Seasoned executive and entrepreneur with over thirty five years of healthcare experience including business operations, supply chain, business process consulting, business startup and project management experience. Responsibilities have focused on process improvement, the management of information system implementations, training, and re-engineering projects in the healthcare industry. Accountability for developing strategies for the developing of a Supply Chain Management optimization company, and consolidation of staffing, procedures, and multiple data base platforms for numerous health systems. Health Care experience includes clinical integration, supply chain management, corporate purchasing contracting, contract negotiation, data management, supply processing and distribution, inventory control, and warehousing.

Barbara Beoto, Head of Operations & Logistics

With over 30 years of Import & Export, Customs and Logistics operations management experience she brings a vast knowledge in all facets of Domestic and International Relocation to our team.

 

Joshua Mendel, Head of Customer Service & Quality Control 

Josh was born and raised in London, England and moved to the U.S at the age of 10. He is fortunate enough to have dual nationality. He graduated from the University of Central Florida with a major in Business Management. He has a tenacious work ethic and have held numerous internships in the field of operations and sales in the healthcare industry. As a business professional both in and out of the classroom, Josh has acquired a vast amount of knowledge including but not limited to problem solving, time management and teamwork.

 

Brittany Fredrick, Executive Assistant

Brittany comes from a large background of assisting High level executives for more than 12 years of experience. She has a Bachelors in Science, and a Masters in Business Management both from Florida International University. Over the years Brittany has helped high level executives not only get organized with their responsibilities but as well as been a big part of the face of the companies she’s worked for in many projects. Her quality of customer service is impeccable and attention to detail when it comes to her work. Working with a large team and being able to wear different hats in her role along the years has gotten her to where she is now.  

 

Volen R. Tsolov, Compliance Manager

Volen has over eight years of experience working in law and business, with a focus on consulting various entities and individuals on how to improve their overall business model by formalizing and streamlining applicable compliance obligations as well as operational policies and procedures. After moving to the US from Bulgaria in his youth, Volen graduated cum laude with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Political Science and International Affairs from the Florida State University, and subsequently obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from the Florida International University College of Law in 2015. Although not licensed to practice law, Volen has served in an executive support capacity for several Miami based law firms and entrepreneurs, working closely with both corporate, start-up, and high net worth clients to resolve various legal compliance and operational challenges and ultimately accomplish their strategic goals.

 

Isabela Tello, Graphic Design Manager

Isabela is a highly creative and passionate graphic designer. With extensive experience in multimedia, marketing and print design. Isabella is focused on finding solutions and meeting deadlines, as well as committed to producing quality high resolution designs for V12’s corporate entity.

 

Monica Mediavilla, Accounting Manager 

Monica has over 30 years of experience in Financial Industry with strong analytical skills combined with excellent communications abilities translating in business profitability and strong financial standing; has higth level of experience and expertise. Working for 10 years in Foreign Correspondent Banking in a diverse cultural environments and, for 20 years  in Finance and Accounting

 

Luis Cabrera, Head Of Marketing

 
 Luis Cabrera is a visionary and business entrepreneur with over eight years of experience in the digital marketing industry. In 2011, Luis moved to Miami from his home country Venezuela to further his studies at Florida International University. Luis graduated in 2015 with an MBA in International Business and Marketing. In 2020 Luis Cabrera joined Ecomfy Lead Affiliate Network as Chief Operating Officer. Ecomfy Lead connects advertisers with hundreds of publishers worldwide and employs over 50 full-time employees. This 8 figure business is quickly growing and expanding into Ecomfy Commerce, Ecomfy Business Consultancy, and Ecomfy Online Courses. On the side, Luis is growing his social media platforms to share his knowledge and insight with millions of people, since he is a big believer in helping others excel and grow financially and personally.
